How long before you ship?
We normally ship the next business day after receiving your cleared payment. If for some reason there is a delay we will notify you by e-mail or phone if necessary.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards securely through PayPal or Google check out. We are now also accepting personal checks. eChecks through PayPal and personal checks will be held until payment has cleared.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship to US Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and APO for our Armed Forces and their families via The United States Postal Service. I'm sorry at this time we cannot ship international.
Are you experienced in on-line selling?
Yes, we are very experienced selling online through other venues since 2001.

Are your items new or used?
Most of our items vintage and used or what is now referred to as pre-owned. It will be stated in the listing whether it is "new" or "used".
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our items being vintage, we do not currently offer refunds. Please ask before you buy. We will be happy to answer any questions about our items.
